Death Education & End-of-Life Guidance
I am a death educator and practicing death doula, helping individuals, families, and communities navigate the emotional, spiritual, and practical dimensions of death, dying, and grief.
Through lectures, workshops, and public programming, I share insights drawn from my work supporting those in transition, creating opportunities for reflection, ritual, and meaningful engagement with the end-of-life process.
My experiences as a doula working with people facing mortality deeply inform my teaching and writing, grounding my work in lived realities while offering frameworks, tools, and perspectives that can be applied across personal, professional, and communal contexts.
By bridging education, ritual, and contemplative practices, I aim to cultivate presence, awareness, and understanding around death and loss, helping audiences approach mortality with care, insight, and intention.
